Wear your favorite vintage attire on Saturday, June 15th, 2019. Jump into our photo booth with your friends and make a memory. Decorate a “blah” tote bag at our Tote Bling Table and load it with give-away items. Play games while exploring this incredible event center. Sit in at leadership roundtables covering many of today's issues. Enjoy a delicious dinner buffet as we honor Lifetime Achievement Awardee, Theresa Szczurek, and an event long cash bar with free nonalcoholic drinks.

Keynote Speaker: Theresa Szczurek, Ph.D., Chief Information Officer and Executive Director, Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology

A serial technology entrepreneur and role model for technology leaders, is a senior global executive and strategist who has led and served on Board of Directors of business-oriented organizations. She is a dynamic business leader in telecommunications, software, and technology industries with experience producing extraordinary results. Engineer who co-founded three technology ventures. Financial manager with multi-million dollar P&L responsibility in global, publicly-traded and private companies who demonstrated business and operating shrewdness. Innovative thinker who established vision and values, developed strategies, and executed plans necessary to create new businesses, drive explosive market growth, and produce performance in highly competitive business segments.

As the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) Chief Information Officer and Executive Director, Theresa is responsible for the operation and delivery of information and communications technology services for over 31,000 state agency employees across 1,300 locations. She leads more than 900 staff at OIT to support Executive Branch agencies with missions critical to "serving people serving Colorado." In her role as a member of Governor Polis’ Cabinet, Szczurek has jumped boldly into enhancing the lives of Coloradans through innovation.
