Speaker: Anthonette Klinkerman (Colonel Klinkerman)
CEO Chief Etiquette Officer

On a personal note, I saw this program in 2012. It’s the best presentation I’ve ever experienced!

Program Description: Courtesy BootcampTM is a crash course in courtesy for inner-office and staff personnel. When the work environment becomes hostile due to one or more employees behaving without courtesy towards others, a business stands to suffer increased absenteeism, lost productivity, and increased healthcare costs. United States businesses alone lose over $300 billion a year due to such employee behaviors, but this reminder that those we work with are just as important as those we work for can help solve these problems.
Our speaker believes we can all learn how to revive those common courtesies that are becoming all too uncommon.

“Colonel” Klinkerman is the CEO, Chief Etiquette Officer, of Courtesy BootcampTM, and author of the book, Courtesy BootcampTM – a not-so-gentle reminder to live by The Golden Rule. She will be sharing some common courtesy reminders that will help make our lives, as well as the lives of others around us, easier. Whether at home or at work, or just out and about, these reminders will help us create the “kinder, gentler nation” a president suggested we become a couple of decades ago.

Courtesy BootcampTM gained national attention in May 2010 when one of the “Colonel’s” clients took a Best of the Best Award in a Human Resources division, and was the only Colorado facility recognized.

Speaker Credentials: Anthonette Klinkerman is an award-winning author, business owner, and TEDx speaker, and has been a public school teacher since 1998. Klinkerman entered the public speaking circuit in February 2009 with her first Courtesy BootcampTM presentation. Since then, she authored three books: Courtesy BootcampTM: a not-so- gentle reminder to live by The Golden Rule, the award winning children’s book, Battle of the Grandmas, and Aloha, Mr. Hand: An Alternative Trip through Education. She is a keynote speaker, a breakout session facilitator, and has been placed on the Rotary Club’s Preferred Speaker list. Besides her numerous radio and podcast interviews, Klinkerman has been interviewed by Hugh Liddle of RedCapSalesCoaching, and Angel Tuccy and Tina Torres of the The Angel and Tina Morning Show. Courtesy Bootcamp also earned the 2020 Best of Castle Rock Award in the Business Development Service category.
