Bring your drink of choice and join us for an evening of sharing, a presentation, and networking. 

Barbara of Barbara Alfors Coaching and Consulting will teach us about centering. What it is, why it is important, and what are some methods and exercises. Registration is free and required. The Zoom link will be emailed the day of the program to registrants. 

Barbara Alfors has been trained by both boas partners and CTI, the oldest coach training company in the country.

Barbara is a CTI co-active coach and holds a boas pcc certification as well as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from ICF, the International Coach Federation.

Barbara is also a registered architect with 20 years experience in custom homes.
