  • Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, two term Chairman of the Board and Chief Governance Officer, 2003 Vice Chairman, 1995-2005 Membership Committee and Take our Daughters to Work Committee. 
  • Board of Trustees of the Hispanic Annual Salute, 2005 to 2008 Gala Chair.
  • Board of Directors of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 1999 to 2005. Annual Conference Chair from 2000 to 2003. Primary contact for Bank One's Alianza initiative; focused on expanding lending to the growing Hispanic business segment. 1999 Chair of the First Hispanics in Baseball.
  • Worked with Mi Casa and the Hispanic Diversity Council on financial literacy.
