Please join BPW members in attending the celebration of Women's Equality Day* on Wed., Aug. 26, 11:00 a.m., at the Center for Colorado Women's History, 1310 Bannock St., Denver. The free event features a tour of the special exhibit on women's history in Colorado and includes a recitation of the Women's Declaration of Independence by one of our BPW members at noon. The event goes until 3:00 p.m. and includes pie and live music in the garden. Please register no later than Monday, Aug. 24, through BPW Colorado's event calendar: Women's Equality Day 2026 - 8/26/2026. * Women's Equality Day is celebrated in the United States on August 26 to commemorate the 1920 adoption of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution, which prohibits the states and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizens of the United States on the basis of sex.
