 "The 5 Pillars of Health"- how to maximize the most out of your everyday life. Life is all about balance. Balance in our physical, mental and spiritual well-being is very important to live happy, healthy and free of drugs, surgery and disease.  In order to maintain a healthy well-being, there are 5 key aspects to reaching optimal health.  The 5 Pillars are Good Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Water and having a Healthy Nervous System.  Life can get crazy and maintaining these 5 aspects are vital to handling and adapting to daily stressors that come our way.

 

Dr. Tecia Pitts, has a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Communications.  She recently moved to Colorado to pursue her Chiropractic career to help give people a new perspective, through service and education, towards their health and wellness.  She specializes in the technique Network Spinal Analysis and understands that the shape, tone, tension and position of your spine directly relates to and affects the shape, tone, tension and position of your life.  Her passion is to help facilitate awareness and connection to a person and their body.  She is enthusiastic about giving, serving and loving the people in her community.
