ARTICLE XV, Section 2: A meeting of the state board of directors shall be held in January or February of each year for the purpose of planning and furthering the work of the organization
The purpose of the midyear board of directors shall be to receive verbal reports of officers and committee chairs. The legislative chair shall present to the membership legislation affecting women that will be put to a vote for giving official support by BPW Colorado.
Article X 4(a): The nominations committee will be requesting nominations to submit at the annual convention and will collect forms at midyear.
ARTICLE XVIII, Section 2: Each Chapter in the state shall pay to the state treasurer the equivalent of one registration fee for each meeting, thirty (30) days prior to the date of the …interim board meeting. …
Please note: At least (30) days before the annual MidYear Conference each local organization shall pay to the state Treasurer a local organization registration fee, $45. The fee is due even if the local organization is not present at the convention. For more information please email president@bpwcolorado.org.
